If you plan on selling at a farmers' market, this workshop is a must for you in learning what you can and can't do with selling your food products (both raw and processed foods).
The Bureau of Environmental Health Services, Missouri
Department of Health and Senior Services will conduct a workshop for producers
of foods sold at farmer’s markets at four locations. The focus will be on the
regulations and exemptions, approved source, food safety and sanitation, and
processing of non-exempt foods. Locations are as follows:
