The Jefferson County Beekeepers Association (JCBA) is
pleased to announce a one day beginning beekeeping class. The class will be taught by members of the
JCBA and will focus on keeping bees in Jefferson County. The content of the class will be on the
basics of bee keeping including equipment, purchasing bees, set up and care of
your colonies the first year.
Date: January 17, 2015
Time: 8 am to 4 pm
Location: University
of Missouri Extension, 301 Third St, Hillsboro, MO
Cost: $45 for the
first family member and $10 per person for any additional family member.
